Simona Mihaela Turlică

Neuro-Regulation & Brain Mapping Specialist

Brain Health, Nervous System Regulation & Lifestyle Change

Simona Mihaela Turlică has built her career around a conviction that sits at the centre of everything she does: that the brain, like any other system in the body, can be measured objectively, trained deliberately, and helped to regulate itself more effectively, given the right data and the right protocol.

Her academic background is unusually broad for a specialist in neurotechnology. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Law, and is currently a Master's candidate in Sports Psychology, specialising in neuro-regulation, peak cognitive performance and autonomic stress modulation. That range, spanning organisational psychology, legal training and performance science, gives her a distinctive lens on how people function under real-world pressure, and what genuinely helps them recover their equilibrium.

Alongside her academic study, she has completed advanced practical training across leading European institutions in Brain Mapping (qEEG), Neurofeedback, Biofeedback and Photobiomodulation (PBM), and is an active participant in international symposia organised by the Biofeedback Federation of Europe (BFE), engaging directly with the research community that continues to validate and refine these protocols. She is a member of the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research (ISNR).

She is a certified Professional Personal Development Coach and Trainer, accredited by both the Romanian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour, and is the founder and General Manager of My Brain Map Clinics, where she has built a practice dedicated to neuro-regulation and cognitive optimisation using applied neurotechnology.

At The Schoeman Clinic, Simona provides advanced brain activity assessments through Brain Mapping and qEEG, and designs personalised neural training protocols using Neurofeedback and Photobiomodulation. Her patients typically come to her wanting to enhance cognitive performance, manage stress more effectively, or restore a psycho-emotional balance that has been disrupted by chronic pressure or dysregulation. Her method is grounded throughout in objective data and internationally validated protocols, and in an integrated understanding of autonomic nervous system regulation and neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to reorganise and adapt in response to training.

She joined The Schoeman Clinic because the methodology reflects her own: that lasting change in how a person thinks, feels and performs starts with genuinely understanding what their nervous system is doing, and building a protocol around the evidence rather than the assumption.
