General Information

Understanding our approach

Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence and extensive expertise in traditional medicine, enhanced by the latest research in functional medicine. We treat all individuals aged 18 and above, regardless of gender.

While terms like functional, integrative and longevity medicine can sound like buzzwords, our approach is focused on identifying and treating the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. We emphasise personalised care, prevention and optimising long-term health.

Yes. A blood test is required before the initial consultation. We partner with The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) in Wimpole Street, London, but you can use another laboratory if preferred. Once payment is received, we send the blood test request form.

No. A GP referral is not required. However, we encourage communication with your GP where appropriate so they have a complete picture of your health.

Generally, no. Most insurers do not cover hormonal or menopause-related treatments.

Some medications (particularly for menopause and PCOS) may be prescribed by your GP following a recommendation from the clinic. Other medications require a private prescription through one of our regulated partner pharmacies, with patients responsible for the cost. Prescriptions are provided via the online portal.

We primarily prescribe licensed body-identical (bio-identical) hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by the body. Where clinically appropriate, compounded hormone treatments may also be considered for patients with specific needs.

Yes, in many cases. These are often referred to as body-identical hormones within the NHS. However, we recommend a consultation to determine the most suitable treatment based on each individual’s circumstances.

Results vary between individuals. Some patients notice improvements sooner, but the full benefits of hormone replacement therapy can take up to three months.

Yes. While compounded hormone formulations themselves are not licensed in the same way as mass-produced medicines, the individual hormones are licensed and regulated. Compounded HRT is prepared by MHRA-regulated pharmacies under strict quality standards.

Appointments can be booked online via our booking platform. Patients complete an initial questionnaire, after which a member of the team contacts them to discuss the next steps.

After submitting the questionnaire, we will contact you to arrange your consultation. Blood tests are required before the first appointment, and international patients are also welcome, with consultations available by phone or video.
