Her career in technology began in editorial and journalism before moving into software engineering and, over the past decade, programme and delivery management. She has led digital transformation and change programmes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, developing a track record for bringing structure to difficult situations and ensuring that ambitious projects land on time, to budget and to purpose. Her formal credentials span PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and MSP, and she has operated at senior level across healthcare, financial services and technology, engaging boards and executive teams as readily as she engages delivery teams.

Alongside her technology career, she has trained and practised as an acupuncturist and naturopath. That is not a footnote. It means she has sat with patients, understood their experience of illness and recovery, and developed a firsthand appreciation of what healthcare feels like when it is working and when it is not. In a world where technology is increasingly shaping clinical practice, that perspective is rare and genuinely valuable.

As the founder of an AI consultancy, she helps businesses navigate the practical realities of artificial intelligence: not the hype, but the operational work of identifying where AI can genuinely create value, building the delivery frameworks to implement it, and ensuring that adoption actually happens.
