Louise Thomas is part of The Schoeman Clinic’s administration team, and is often one of the first people patients hear from. She loves getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their time with the clinic.
With over six years of experience in healthcare administration, Louise works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, from arranging appointments and investigations to coordinating prescriptions and ongoing care. She believes that kindness, clear communication and attention to detail all play an important part in creating a positive patient experience.
Outside the clinic, Louise enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her friends, family and her two dogs.
