Louise Thomas is often one of the first people patients hear from at The Schoeman Clinic, and that first impression matters to her.
With over six years of experience in healthcare administration, Louise works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly: from arranging appointments and investigations to coordinating prescriptions and ongoing care. She believes that kindness, clear communication and attention to detail are not peripheral to the patient experience but central to it, and she brings all three to every interaction.
She genuinely loves getting to know the people she works with, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their time with the clinic.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her friends, family and her two dogs.
